A missing city, house number or typing error can place a pin incorrectly or leave an address unresolved. Those entries should be checked before departure.
Priority and opening hours change the plan
The closest stop is not always the next stop. High-priority deliveries and recipients with limited availability need to stay visible while the route is prepared.

Import the full delivery context
Drag in your daily Excel or CSV manifest and choose the columns that form the address. With a header row, Mappy can also recognize priority, available-from, available-until, working-hours and delivery-note columns; you can correct every column role before import.
Review uncertain addresses before you leave
Mappy attempts to locate each address through configured geocoding providers. Unresolved or uncertain results are flagged so you can correct or confirm them before creating zones.
Keep priorities, time windows and notes with each stop
Add or edit delivery details manually when they are missing from the file. Mappy highlights urgent or expired availability windows using your device time; these warnings do not calculate actual driving time.
Choose the ordering that fits the run
Recommended order keeps high priorities and urgent time windows visible, then groups nearby stops using rough location-based travel estimates. Shortest air-distance order remains available and does not use roads or traffic. Review either order before driving.
Create and adjust Google Maps zones
Mappy initially prepares sequential groups of up to 10 addresses. Before any zone starts, you can change each zone size and move a constrained stop earlier or later; following zones rebalance automatically and each receives its own Google Maps link.
Track delivery progress
Mark zones as Waiting → Driving → Delivered. Your progress is saved in the browser — reload the page and everything is still there.
Camera OCR for printed manifests
For a printed list, the camera scanner can extract text for review before you add it as an address. OCR results can contain mistakes, especially with small, blurred or handwritten text.
What happens to a 48-address Excel manifest?
This example shows the workflow, not a promised travel-time saving. Road order and traffic are calculated by Google Maps only after you open a zone.

Frequently asked questions
Does Mappy connect to my company's dispatch software?
Mappy works with any software that can export to Excel, CSV or JSON — which covers most dispatch systems. Export your manifest, import into Mappy. No API integration needed.
How should I include priority and working hours in my file?
Use a header row and separate columns such as Priority, Available from, Available until, Working hours or Delivery note. Mappy recognizes common English, Bosnian, German and Spanish labels, and the import preview lets you assign or correct each role before importing.
Does the recommended order guarantee every time window?
No. It uses priorities, availability and rough location-based travel estimates to suggest an order. It does not know live traffic, service duration or every road restriction, so the driver must review the order and use Google Maps for the actual road route.
Can I change the zones after they are created?
Yes, while every zone is still waiting. You can set 1–10 stops per zone and move a stop earlier or later; Mappy redistributes the following zones. Zone editing locks once a delivery has started.
Can I use Mappy for multiple drivers?
You can prepare separate zones and share their Google Maps links manually. Mappy does not currently provide driver accounts, automatic assignments or live dispatcher-to-driver synchronization.
Does Mappy work without a smartphone?
You can prepare a route in a desktop browser. Navigation still depends on a device and browser or installed app that can open the generated Google Maps link.
What if I have more than 1,000 addresses?
The current import limit is 1,000 addresses per file. Divide larger manifests into smaller operational batches and review each batch separately.
