Turn a raw address list into validated stops with delivery details, a reviewable order and adjustable Google Maps zones.

Step by step

Open Mappy — no login needed

Go to mappy.ba/app in Chrome, Safari or any modern browser — on your phone, tablet or desktop. No account required, nothing to install. Mappy works entirely in your browser.

Import addresses and delivery details

Drag in an Excel, CSV or JSON file with up to 1,000 rows. In the preview, choose the columns that form the address and map any priority, available-from, available-until, working-hours or delivery-note columns. Recognized delivery headers are suggested, not silently treated as address text.

Validate every address automatically

After import, Mappy immediately validates every address against real map data using multiple external geocoding providers with automatic fallback. Each row shows a live status: green ✓ (found and pinned on map), red ✗ (not found — click to edit), or yellow ⚠ (needs review). Catch and fix errors before you leave, not during your run.

Choose a reviewable stop order

Recommended order gives high priorities and urgent availability windows precedence, then groups nearby stops with rough location-based estimates. You can also choose Manual, A→Z, Nearest first or Shortest air-distance. These options do not use live traffic, so review the sequence before driving.

Create and adjust delivery zones

Create Zones splits the validated list into sequential groups of up to 10 stops. While every zone is waiting, change the stop limit per zone or move a stop earlier or later; following zones rebalance automatically. Each group gets its own Google Maps link.

Navigate zone by zone

Open Zone 1 in Google Maps, which calculates the actual road route for the chosen sequence. Mappy keeps priority, availability and notes visible and highlights time-sensitive stops. Mark the zone delivered, then continue with Zone 2.

All done — Mappy resets automatically

When every zone is marked delivered, Mappy shows a summary of your delivery stats (zones completed, total stops) and automatically clears all data for the next run. Your language and theme preferences are preserved.

Frequently asked questions

What file formats does Mappy support?

Excel (.xlsx and .xls), CSV, and JSON. Maximum file size is 10 MB; maximum 1,000 addresses per import. For CSV files, any delimiter is supported — Mappy auto-detects comma, semicolon, and tab.

How do priorities and working hours affect the route?

Recommended order moves high priorities and urgent availability windows forward, then groups nearby stops. It is a planning suggestion based on device time and rough location estimates, not a guarantee: live traffic, service duration and road restrictions are handled outside Mappy.

How accurate is the geocoding?

Mappy validates every address against multiple external geocoding sources with automatic fallback. Accuracy is very high for addresses in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Germany and Austria. Always verify pin locations on the map before critical deliveries, especially for newly built addresses.

Does Mappy work offline?

No — geocoding and map tiles require an internet connection. However, once addresses are validated and zones are created, the delivery tracking panel continues working. If you lose connection mid-delivery, your zone progress is saved in the browser.

Can I use Mappy on my phone?

Yes. Mappy is fully responsive and works in Chrome on Android and Safari on iPhone. The sidebar slides in from the left on mobile. Tap "Open in Maps" to launch the Google Maps app directly with all stops loaded.

What happens if an address is not found?

Mappy marks it red (✗) with an inline edit dialog. You can correct incomplete addresses and tap Save & Retry — Mappy re-validates immediately. Common fixes: add the street name, city, postal code or country. If Mappy extracts an address from long text, confirm it before validation.
